    Cheers all and the break is indeed needed. I'm out on my feet and the stress and frustration have begun to overspill into my gigs. Its great for promoters who don't give a toss but this one does and to eat so much shit hurts.

    Dave mate, dont let them grind you down, just limit your self to a low number of gigs a year so you only get the stress once every few months. have a break for a while mate and lets get a spit and scottfest on the go!!
