dino, 7.5 is that the rear end in it? thats a 4cyl car, no wonder its slow. the new 5.0 32v 4 cam motor will gladly hand the camaro and challenger its lunch. 600 lbs lighter with 12 less hp. no comparison. Plus when you buy ford you dont have to support Government motors lol

lol you'll see :p there's a whole lot more than the engine being upgraded in the 2011 Mustang. And to the dudes comparing to 60's muscle and 90's Mustangs... We're talking about the 2011 Mustang and the competition (new Camaro and Challenger). The older Mustangs are a whole different thing on their own. So are the 60's muscle cars.

I was on a ride with some friends on our bikes. We were about 40 miles from home. I was chillin in the back ( but still flyin) when I came up to a big dust cloud. It was a friend of mine he got tank slap and couldn't recover. He was barely breathing. Only 19. His phone was broke and I didn't have his moms number so I started towards her house. 1/2 way there my rear tire blew. He died a few days later . RIP

I made my own RPM activated switch to harness the Vtec potential. 343k on 89 lcn twn car 5.0. dealer serviced(1qt lucas added every oil change since 80k) till wrecked but still have engine and still in specs..219k 91 s10 4x4 4.3 5spd(1 clutch@214k(still going),515k 85 6.9 dsl 4x4(1 trany)still hauls 3k of hay in bed every other day, all cars have still never been touched and have had lucus products for many years.. the last 6.9 4x4 lasted 868k before someone put gasoline in as a joke...lucas is doing a write up as I have lots of documentation

Similar to my setup, but I went with a Turbo on my 3.8 monte insteada a SC. One issue though, the article states "This car came with a supercharged 3.8L V6". However the Impalas did not come SC until 2004, so either ya got the wrong year, or the car did not come like that, and it was added afterward...sorry I'm anal about W body info...lol..nice either way

I have a magazine with that article. The article was sketchy about how it wa going to be produced, but it did give a few vital points of interest. 1. It will be titled as a 2010 Camaro. 2. It will NOT be decaled as a Trans Am. Phoneix T/A is what will show. 3. It will offer perfomance upgrades such as supercharger and NOS. I think thats all the inportant info I saw.
