    Last Saturday I was helping my sister move into her apartment in KoP. While we were packing the new roomies out of the old place, it started to rain and I came bounding toward the door to make a hard right into the kitchen... The doormat kept sliding, causing a patch of road rash on my right shin and forearm, and a bruise on my lower hip. My lower leg has been swollen for the last couple days, but this morning the ankle is less so.

    Yep, ticket was written out at 1201am. $76 for parking w/in 15' of a fire hydrant, despite the hydrant was NOT blocked, nor was there any indication of a No Parking zone, ie. yellow curb or signage. Bastiges!
