    Two sircles exploding, one inside of the other. first blue streaks, then white reaching over them, just as they are fading little silver spirals are showing up at the edges like dancing fire flies. Now a fountain of gold spouting like a volcano, spinning like an enchanted umbrella raining tiny blue spots of confetti.

    Delete isn't an option always, but Overwrite is one you can invest some time into. Making new memories and overwriting old ones could save you the hassle of reformatting your brain.

    this doctor. doing all kinds of test to check my neurotransmitters, serotonin, thyroid, hormones, etc. and my peptic ulcer...i never go to the doctors and now that i have to its soooo expensive
