    Hey! We got our new place on the lake! The lady liked us so much she asked us to do the Lease to Own option. We took it! SO, we are buying instead of renting. It was appraised at $289,000. Y'all gotta come hang this summer on Sundays, would ya? We're right on the water and we have an extra Bedroom. We get the keys on Monday!!! So excited. Love ya!
