    Thank you, Sir. I hope all is well with you and yours. As for my secret: Starving myself to death! Counting calories (about 600 - 700 per day). Walking 4 to 5 miles a week, working out with dumbbells and a couple days at the gym. It's VERY hard work, but I am more happy than I can begin to express!
