    The church owns the park where the market is held. It's a neat little trick that the Amish and a growing number of religions have been employing for generations: they volunteer their time to the church and the church provides shelter, food and everything for them. A robust economic system is employed to account for contributions, but since that economy is not in Fed Notes, it is not taxable. To the outside world, it is nothing more than a church volunteer network.

    Judicial opinion in relationship to tort is invoked in civil courts. The U.S. Constitution does not guarantee a jury in civil matters. To bypass the criminal justice system using tort, "case law" and civil courts, citizens of the States have to adopt the idea that one signs a virtual contract by having been born. It's a silly concept, but civil courts have been using it to circumvent and undermine the Constitution of the United States for decades.
