    It's not a virus. My computer is clean. It's the update that won't install and I've heard I'm not the only one it's happened to. I've been told to completely remove the old version and then reinstall but it won't let me do that either. I don't allow most cookies and over the years I've become pretty good at looking after a PC but sometimes things just won't work! Gaggh.
