    According to the Chicago Trib, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs took the bullet on this one. He says it means to be nervous... Leading to bedwetting. Some (but of course, not me) might interpret this as a demeaning phrase directed toward folks who are concerned about projections of a $9 TRILLION deficit. Bah humbug... C'mon 2024! I can't take much more "change"!
