    The sad thing is, though, is that most people don't have an open enough mind to do a 100 mile hike. I'm not even sure where it starts, my dad would just drop us off at the start then pick us up at the end. One wonders why nobody thinks they could walk 100+ miles in two weeks... that only translates to a minimum of around 5 miles per day, and most people could walk that in 2 hours. It's not like we wouldn't stop to do other stuff, too, though, like fish and stuff.
