    I am spending the day in our yard with our granddaughters and my partner. We have in the last 2-3 weeks come out to our neighbors. We waited until we lived here since Sept. '08. It is not an overtly gay fiendly neighborhood, but now that they know us as people first, they are all either overtly supportive, or at least accepting and welcoming. Small steps..........
